This evening we drove into Coupeville and Oak Harbor to explore a bit. We stopped at Seabolt's Smoke House intending to get some Penn Cove mussels and maybe some other stuff for dinner tonight, but they were out and they get deliveries on Tuesday…which reminded me…don't buy fish on Mondays.…
